What is it made from, and is it itchy?
A chunky rib knit in 70% acrylic and 30% wool, with a soft polar fleece band inside. The wool keeps you warm and the fleece keeps it gentle against your skin. Cosy, not scratchy.

Will it fit me?
It’s one size and fits most heads comfortably. The 1x1 rib knit gives a close, stretchy fit, and the fold-over band means you can wear it pulled down for warmth or slouched back for après.

Can I wear it under a ski helmet?
It’s too chunky for that, and is made for life off the slopes. Ski in a slim helmet liner, then pull on the Valerie for the walk into the village.

How should I wash it?
By hand at 30°C, then dry it flat and ease it back into shape while still damp. Avoid the tumble dryer, iron and dry cleaner. Treated gently, the knit and the 3D GB logo stay looking new.
