Terms & Conditions


The seller of the goods displayed on this website is Winternational Fashion Limited (registered at Companies House at 11377495  and trading as Winternational.co.uk at The London Office (West End), First Floor, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT).

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include taxes where relevant (VAT).

VAT may be deducted for customers in the Channel Islands only if both billing and shipping addresses are within the Channel Islands. 

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed either by PayPal or Stripe or Klarna. You can view their terms and conditions at the foot of this page.

Any discount is at the discretion of Winternational.

Discounts cannot be combined. 

Although we’re based in the UK, we work with service providers from other parts of the world, which means we sometimes store or transfer your data outside of the EEA. We make sure there is appropriate security to protect your data when it’s processed in these countries.

Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, performed security checks, established stock availability and arranged despatch of your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we have completed these checks.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

There are no fees as long as you pay on time. 

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information contained in Klarna's privacy statement .


We aim to deliver to all UK destinations within 5 working days from receipt of order.

We aim to deliver to all EU countries within 7 working days from receipt of order, but often this is much less and is typically 2-4 working days.

We aim to deliver to RoW within 10 working days from receipt of order, but often this is much less and typically is 2-7 working days.

Shipping times outside of the UK are not guaranteed.

Certain exclusions apply to orders for outside of UK.

Typically, goods are despatched within 24 hours of order. Orders received after midday, over weekends and bank holiday periods are processed for despatch during the next working week in accordance with the delivery option selected and paid for at the checkout. 

A confirmation of despatch email and the parcel tracking number will be sent to you once the order has left our warehouse and is en-route to you.

Our delivery costs on the UK mainland are £5 for UK mainland delivery. We offer a Next Day Express Service for Mondays to Fridays for UK orders received before 12 noon at £10. We offer weekend delivery options. Our fastest services are not always possible for UK Highlands and Islands.

Our delivery cost for EU countries is £20/express £40.

Our delivery cost for RoW is £20/express £40.

A signature is required upon delivery at the address to which we have been instructed to deliver.

If you give the courier company permission to leave a parcel without a signature (signature release) or when no one is present at the delivery location, this is at your own risk.

All orders are fully tracked and insured.

Winternational.co.uk reserves the right to use alternative delivery methods at any time. Delivery is subject to the smooth running of the services of our delivery agents and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by fluctuations in the quality of delivery services, including industrial disputes/weather/terrorism/acts of God/breakdown of systems or  network access and delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We do not ship to hotels, PO Boxes, mail forwarding agencies or BFPO.

We cannot alter delivery address once orders are despatched.

Please input your delivery address carefully - Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect delivery address information and you will still be charged for delivery as well as redelivery.

Whilst the stock you see on our site is all in stock, occasionally we have stock discrepancies and therefore all items offered on our website are subject to availability.

To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button shown on each product page.

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Finalise Order" we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.

The contract will be filed. For security reasons your order’s financial data is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Shipping charges for the original order or returns are not refunded unless there is a proven fault with the garment/s or Winternational made an error in packing. 

Customs and Duty - International orders 

Handling charges plus customs import duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the UK. 

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery. 

Winternational.co.uk is not responsible for the payment of customs or duty or handling charges levied on international orders, nor the time that orders may be held in customs.

When ordering item/s from Winternational.co.uk, you agree to pay all customs duties/import taxes/local VAT which may be imposed by the local government.

Winternational will not accept for return items for which the customer does not wish to pay import taxes/customs duty/VAT levied by local governments.

Please note Winternational will not undervalue a product.

If you refuse to accept delivery you will still be responsible for the purchase of the item/s, delivery charges as well as the import taxes/ custom/s duty/VAT. You can claim this back easily through the relevant channels if you return the item in perfect unworn condition.

You may still return the item to us following our full returns policy and we will refund you the item less postal charges. We reserve the right to hold any duties we are charged until such time as we are refunded by UK government Revenue and Customs. 

Discount codes/gift vouchers

Discounts/ discount codes/ gift vouchers have to be applied at the point of purchase and may not be applied retrospectively.

It is not possible to combine discounts.

Gift certificates may not be extended beyond their original end date and must be used within the original given time period in order to be valid. 

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of placing your order (starting the day after delivery is received) and return the order for a full refund less postal charges. 

Returned items are refunded at the original price paid less the original shipping charges.

If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund including shipping. 

In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery and redelivery will not be refunded in this instance and the item must not be unpacked from the original box.

Special orders may not be returned at any time except for faulty items.

Sunscreens and lip balms may not be returned if opened. 

All goods must be returned in new, saleable and unworn condition with the tags still attached and hangers and all packaging enclosed. Please use the original packaging wherever possible.

It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel or make a return within our 7 day cancellation period in writing by email to lookgood@winternational.co.uk or by letter to the address below.

Please complete the returns form and repack it with your garment/s.

All return items must be back with Winternational.co.uk within seven days of your written cancellation. This is 14 days in total after you receive your order. 

Goods returned outside of this time will not be accepted for refund and re-delivery at your own cost must be arranged.

You are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods if you return at your expense. We would recommend for your own protection you use an insured delivery service as the goods remain your responsibility until checked over and signed for by Winternational staff.

For international returns, please follow all of the above instructions whilst noting that there is a £30 charge for all international returns.  This is a contribution to the costs of shipping, insurance and customs documentation. 

For the return of a matching Pair (one or more garments sold together as specified in the product description as a matching "Pair") both garments must be returned for any refund to be processed. Matching Pair products may not be separated. We advise that any returns postage and/or duty is payable by the customer.

A free exchange service is not offered. Please place a new order to guarantee we have the item you require in stock.

Returns are only accepted from the country to which the order was delivered initially.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the instance of a fault with a garment or an error in packing.

Any item/s returned as faulty will be inspected by a manager. Any faulty items will be repaired in line with current legislation, namely if within 6 months of purchase and a repair is possible, a repair will be made and item returned to the customer. Any item/s that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned and shipping charges may apply. (Examples of wear and tear are item/s that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)

Please remember that fur is a natural product and therefore colours may differ from items in photographs.

You grant Winternational, through Winternational Fashion Limited (Company Number 11377495) a non-exclusive royalty free worldwide license to use any photos or moving content in relation to which you have responded #yeswinternational (hereinafter referred to as "Photos and Moving Content") for its marketing and/or in its advertising, including the online store, emails, social media paid and unpaid and store materials and with other customer communications conducted by Winternational. Winternational may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos and Moving Content in its sole discretion.

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your Photos and Moving Content (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Photos and Moving Content to grant the rights herein (iii) you are 16 years or older and (iiii) Winternational's use of your Photos and Moving Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. You hereby release and discharge Winternational from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your Photos and Moving Content and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and you hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Winternational and any person acting on behalf of Winternational, harmless from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the Photos and Moving Content as described above. 

If you want to remove your Photos and Moving Content please email customer service. 

Faulty Items

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order via lookgood@winternational.co.uk. Please share in your email your order number, item number (optional), and a description of the defect. Attach photos of the damage. Once you have submitted your request to us, our experts will analyze your damaged item and provide initial feedback based on the information provided. Otherwise, we will refund the item cost to your original payment method.

The products we stock are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. 

Please mind that any defects submitted two years after purchase are not taken into consideration.

If your warranty request meets the requirements, a qualified specialist tailor will repair the product free of charge.

If the product is not repairable, or the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the product, we may choose to replace the product instead.

If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and a similar style will be provided.

This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

For any damage not covered under the warranty, we may offer to repair the damage for a reasonable charge. If such an offer is made, we will discuss this with the consumer, prior to any repairs being made.

We do not repair any item that has been altered or modified to suit your body or needs. 

For general warranty inquiries feel free to contact our support team. All case updates and/or repair decisions, will be available to you in your case, after your garment has completed inspection.
