Please read the information below

To make a return
- Enter your email address, order number and item/s for return above and click the Start Return Request button.
- Check your order is within our returns period - you have to let us know within 7 days of delivery and then get the item back to us within a further 7 days.
- You'll receive instructions & shipping labels by email within a few hours.
- Print out a returns form and shipping labels. If you can't print, please let us know and we'll email you a QR code (UK only)
- Drop off parcel at a DHL EXPRESS service point, ensuring its correctly scanned.
WINTERNATIONAL Return Policy
- We're a small company so we're unable to offer complimentary returns. We offer a subsidised DHL return service for £5 in the UK or £30 (or your currency equivalent) for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. This sum is deducted from your refund.
- Let us know within 7 days of delivery you wish to make a return.
- Then you have a further 7 days to get the item back to us. 14 days in total.
- Late returns are NOT accepted.
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition with tags intact & attached.
- Original shipping charge non-refundable unless there is a proven fault with the item.
- All returns are fully insured and tracked.
- Refunds processed once items have been inspected. We always carefully inspect items for signs of use and wear. Items found to have been worn will be returned to customer and no refund provided.
- Need to make an exchange? Please place a new order as quickly as possible as we sell out of our stock really fast and cannot always get more!
