NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
Please read the information below
To make a return
- Simply enter your email address, order number and the item/s you wish to return, then click the Start Return Request button.
- Please make sure your order is within our returns window. Let us know within 7 days of delivery that you’d like to return your item, and send it back to us within the following 7 days (14 days in total).
- Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive return instructions and your shipping label by email within a few hours.
- Print your returns form and shipping label or download your QR code (UK only)
- Drop your parcel with DHL Express/Royal Mail and make sure it is scanned correctly so it can be tracked back to us.
WINTERNATIONAL Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags attached.
- As a small independent company, we’re unable to offer free returns, but we provide subsidised return options.
- UK returns are available for £5.
- Returns from the Channel Islands are £40, and all other International Returns are £60 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
- For returns from the USA, the order must be delivered and proof of payment of tariffs and duties must be provided before we can process a return and refund.
- Late returns are NOT accepted.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is proven to be faulty.
- All returns are fully tracked and insured for peace of mind.
- Once your return arrives, we will carefully inspect the item before processing your refund. Items showing signs of wear will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
- If we notice unusual patterns of returns, purchases or the use of products for content creation purposes, we may restrict or decline future orders.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order as soon as possible. Our products sell out quickly and we cannot always restock them.
