NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

Please read the information below

To make a return

  • Enter your email address, order number and item/s for return above and click the Start Return Request button.
  • You'll receive full instructions & shipping labels by email as soon as we can prepare these for you.
  • You'll need to print out a returns form and shipping labels. If you can't print, please let us know and we will send you a QR code (UK only)
  • You take the parcel to a DHL EXPRESS service point.

WINTERNATIONAL Return Policy

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery you wish to make a return - this helps us with stock management.
  • Then you have a further 7 days to get the item back to us. 14 days in total.
  • Late returns are not accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition with tags intact & attached.
  • UK returns are charged at £5 - deducted from your refund.
  • International returns are charged at £30 - deducted from your refund.
  • All returns are fully insured and tracked.
  • Original shipping charge non-refundable unless there is a proven fault with the item.
  • Refunds processed once items have been inspected. We always carefully inspect items for signs of use and wear. Items found to have been worn will be returned to customer and no refund provided.
  • Need to make an exchange? Please place a new order as quickly as possible as we sell out of our stock really fast and cannot always get more!
