What happens next?
Once you submit the form, we will review your order and confirm the next steps by email.
If your order has not been dispatched
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will aim to cancel the order, stop fulfilment and process your refund.
Please note that orders may be processed quickly, so cancellation before dispatch is not always guaranteed. If your order has already been sent by the time we review your request, you will need to return the item to us.
If your order has already been sent
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will still need to return the item to us before your refund can be completed.
We will send you shipping labels so we can provide the correct return address, courier route and customs documentation.
This is important, as it allows us to process your return correctly and manage any duties, taxes or import charges linked to your order.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
