EU Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at lookgood@winternational.co.uk with a clear statement of your wish to withdraw. We will acknowledge your request and provide further instructions.

Returning your goods

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to us. We strongly recommend using our nominated courier and prepaid return label, which we can arrange on request. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund and we would only charge you the actual cost of the prepaid label.

As Winternational is based in the UK, returns from EU countries must pass through UK customs. Using our nominated courier ensures your return is accompanied by the correct documentation to avoid unnecessary import tariffs and customs charges. If you choose to arrange your own return, please be aware that any import duties, taxes or customs charges incurred on re-entry to the UK will also be deducted from your refund, as these are your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for goods lost, damaged or delayed in transit when using a courier of your own choosing.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.
