UK

We aim to deliver to all UK destinations within 5 working days from receipt of order. This is not guaranteed at busy times such as Christmas, mid-February and near Easter. 

We offer UK Next Working Day Delivery too. Please place orders before 2pm Monday to Thursday or 11am Saturdays (not available on Fridays - chose Saturday Guarantee for Saturday deliveries)  

UK Next Day Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

UK Next Week Day Pre-9am or Pre-Noon Deliveries - please order by 1pm.

We offer UK Saturday Morning Guarantee Delivery. Please place orders before 3.30pm Friday and choose UK Saturday Guaranteed Delivery £15 at checkout. 

Orders placed after 11am on Saturday will be despatched on Monday. 

No despatch or deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays. 

All deliveries require a signature. Your ski wear is valuable and precious and made in limited numbers - we only use reliable fully insured courier services. 

Deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer and we do not offer Express delivery to these locations.

VAT deductions may be made on orders for Channel Islands provided both billing and shipping address are within the Channel Islands.

EUROPE

We aim to deliver to all European countries within 5 working days from receipt of order but this is not guaranteed. 

We offer an European Express Service for too.

All deliveries require a signature.Your ski wear is valuable and precious and made in limited numbers - we only use reliable fully insured courier services. 

Orders placed after Friday 1pm will be despatched on Monday of the next week.

REST OF WORLD

We aim to deliver to RoW within 7-9 working days from receipt of order but this is not guaranteed.

We offer a RoW Express Service for £50.

Handling and customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the EU. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery. Please see our terms and conditions for a full explanation. 

Shipping times outside the Uk are not guaranteed.

Orders placed after Friday 1pm will be despatched on Monday of the next week.

HOW IT HAPPENS

You choose and pay for your ski wear online - or call us and we can take payment via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Typically goods are despatched within 24 hours of order. Orders received over weekends and bank holiday periods are despatched on the next working day. 

A confirmation of despatch email will be sent to you with your tracking number once the order has left our warehouse and is en-route to you.

A signature is always required upon delivery at the address to which we have been instructed to deliver. All orders are fully tracked and insured. 

Delivery is subject to the smooth running of the services of our delivery agents and Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by fluctuations in the quality of delivery services, including as a result of weather/acts of God/terrorism.

Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Winternational.co.uk is not responsible for the payment of customs or duty charges levied on international orders. Please do check with local authorities for individual countries if either of these issues are of concern. Duty must be paid on or before delivery. Winternational.co.uk will not accept returns because the customer does not wish to pay customs duties/taxes. 

When ordering from Winternational.co.uk you agree to pay any handling charges/taxes/customs/import duties that may be imposed by the local government. Should you refuse to pay for the aforementioned taxes and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you are still be liable for the purchase price of your item/s, delivery as well as the taxes/customs/import duties. You may return an item to Winternational and mark it RETURNED ITEMS - NO DUTY DUE and then you may reclaim any duty you may have paid. 

Postage and packaging is subsidised by Winternational.co.uk in most instances.

We do not ship to hotels, PO Boxes, mail forwarding agencies or BFPO.

We cannot alter delivery address once orders are despatched.

Please input your delivery address carefully - Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect delivery address information.

 

RETURNS FROM UK AND EU

To return item/s please inform us of your intent to make a return in writing, by email or by telephone within 7 days of receipt.

You then have 7 days to return the item/s. Item/s received after this point will not be refunded and redelivery at your own cost must be arranged.

Item/s must be in pristine and saleable condition only, with tags attached, intact and undamaged. Please fasten all zippers and poppers and ensure item/s are packed carefully.

Please send back to the returns address found on the outside of the box and on the returns form.

For your own peace of mind we recommend that you use a fully insured and tracked service as products remain the responsibility of the client until checked over and signed for by Winternational staff.

RETURNS FROM REST OF WORLD

To return items from outside the EU, please follow the above instructions and also ensure that you have clearly marked the outside of the box with the following - RETURNED ITEMS - NO DUTY DUE.  

Winternational.co.uk reserves the right to withhold from refund the sum of customs/import duty paid out if the parcel has not been clearly labelled RETURNED ITEMS - NO DUTY DUE and customs duty and import tax have to be paid by Winternational.co.uk in order to receive the product/s back into stock.
