Address details

Please take care when entering your address details and check they are correct. 

Winternational cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or any orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect details.

If an order is returned to sender as a result of incorrect address details, shipping costs will be charged again as applicable. 

Winternational is not able to refund orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect /or incomplete address details.

UK

UK Next Week Day Delivery - place orders before noon Monday to Thursday.

UK Next Week Day Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

Saturday delivery - please order by noon on Friday and choose Saturday AM Delivery. We will attempt to deliver on Saturday but this is not guaranteed at present. 

Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will not be shipped until the following week.

No despatch or deliveries on Bank Holidays. 

All deliveries require a signature. Our courier will contact you before delivery and you will have a range of options including leave in a safe place - but this is at your own risk. 

Deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands take slightly longer and we don't offer Express delivery to these locations.

VAT deductions may be made on orders for Channel Islands provided both billing and shipping address are within the Channel Islands. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders do not include UK VAT.  

Delivery charges are for delivery only.

We are not responsible for any import duties and local taxes payable on arrival.

You may have to pay import taxes and customs charges while the item is in transit. Our courier DHL will contact you while your order is on its way to take payment which they pass on to your government customs department

If you refuse delivery or payment of customs charges, there will be an additional delivery fee to have the relevant customs office return your order back to us and this will be debited from any refund due. 

EUROPE

We aim to deliver to all European countries within 4 working days from receipt of order and we offer a European Express Service which takes 2 days. Express  not available for remote locations. 

All deliveries require a signature. 

Orders placed after Friday noon will be despatched on the following week. 

Shipping times outside the UK are not guaranteed. 

Handling charges, customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the UK and this now includes the EU. 

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to delivery. Please see our terms and conditions

USA

We aim to deliver to USA within 3-5 working days from receipt of order and we offer a USA Express Service too.

*Handling and customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the UK. For USA this is any order over $800. It might be better to place two orders.

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid by customer prior to delivery. Please see our terms and conditions.

REST OF WORLD

We aim to deliver to RoW within 3-5 working days from receipt of order and we offer a RoW Express Service too.

All deliveries require a signature and payment of any local duties or taxes before/upon delivery. Please see our terms and conditions/read HOW IT HAPPENS below. Your ski wear is valuable and precious and made in limited numbers - we therefore only use reliable fully insured courier services.  

HOW IT HAPPENS

Select and pay for your ski wear online - we take payment via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. You may call us if you prefer. 

Typically goods are despatched within 24 hours of order. Orders received over weekends and bank holiday periods are despatched the next working day. 

A confirmation of despatch email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is on its way.

A signature is always required upon delivery at the address to which we have been instructed to deliver. All orders are fully tracked and insured. 

Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our delivery charges are for delivery only.

We are not responsible for any import duties and local taxes payable on arrival. If you refuse delivery or payment of these customs charges, there will be an additional delivery fee to have the relevant customs office return your order back to us and this will be debited from any refund due. 

When ordering from Winternational.co.uk you agree (by accepting our terms and conditions) to pay any handling charges/taxes/customs/import duties that may be imposed by the local government in the delivery country.

DHL will contact you regarding import tax and duty charges - these are not delivery charges but import duties and taxes. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions (which you did when placing your order) you are liable for the purchase price of your item/s, delivery as well as any taxes/customs/import duties and return costs. So even if you don't want to keep the item/s, you'll need to pay the duties, return the item/s and then reclaim the duties/taxes.

You may return an item to Winternational (please inform us and we will send you customs documentation) and you can reclaim any duty you may have paid. 

Postage and packaging is subsidised by Winternational.co.uk in most instances.

We do not ship to hotels, PO Boxes, mail forwarding agencies or BFPO.

We cannot alter the delivery address once orders are despatched.
