UK

We're excited to get your Winternational purchase to you really fast and aim to deliver to all UK destinations within 4 working days from receipt of order. This is not guaranteed at busy times such as Christmas, mid-February and Easter. 

We offer UK Next Working Day Delivery. Please place orders before 2pm Monday to Friday.

UK Next Day Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

We also offer weekend delivery choices. Please order by 2pm on Friday and choose your preferred option.

Otherwise orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. 

No despatch or deliveries on Bank Holidays. 

All deliveries require a signature. Your ski wear is valuable and precious and made in limited numbers - we only use reliable fully insured courier services. 

Deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer and we do not offer Express delivery to these locations.

VAT deductions may be made on orders for Channel Islands provided both billing and shipping address are within the Channel Islands.

EUROPE

We aim to deliver to all European countries within 4 working days from receipt of order but this is not guaranteed. 

We offer an European Express Service which is 1-2 days.

All deliveries require a signature. Your ski wear is valuable and precious and made in limited numbers - we only use reliable fully insured courier services. 

Orders placed after Friday 1pm will be despatched on Monday of the next week. 

Handling and customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the EU. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery. Please see our terms and conditions for a full explanation. 

 

USA

We aim to deliver to USA within 3-5 working days from receipt of order but this is not guaranteed.

We offer a USA Next Day Express Service too.

Handling and customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the EU. For USA this is any order over $800. It might be better to place two orders...

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid by customer prior to delivery. Please see our terms and conditions for a full explanation. 

 

REST OF WORLD

We aim to deliver to RoW within 3-5 working days from receipt of order but this is not guaranteed.

We offer a RoW Express Service too.

Handling and customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the EU. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid by customer prior to delivery. Please see our terms and conditions for a full explanation. 

Shipping times outside the UK are not guaranteed.

Orders placed after Friday 1pm will be despatched on Monday of the next week.

HOW IT HAPPENS

Select and pay for your ski wear online - or call us and we can take payment via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Typically goods are despatched within 24 hours of order. Orders received over weekends and bank holiday periods are despatched the next working day. 

A confirmation of despatch email will be sent to you with your tracking number once the order has left our warehouse and is en-route to you.

A signature is always required upon delivery at the address to which we have been instructed to deliver. All orders are fully tracked and insured. 

Delivery is subject to the smooth running of the services of our delivery agents and Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by fluctuations in the quality of delivery services, including as a result of weather/acts of God/terrorism.

Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Winternational.co.uk is not responsible for the payment of customs or duty charges levied on international orders. Please do check with local authorities for individual countries if either of these issues are of concern. Duty must be paid on or before delivery. Winternational.co.uk will not accept returns because the customer does not wish to pay customs duties/taxes. 

When ordering from Winternational.co.uk you agree to pay any handling charges/taxes/customs/import duties that may be imposed by the local government. Should you refuse to pay for the aforementioned taxes and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you are still be liable for the purchase price of your item/s, delivery as well as the taxes/customs/import duties. You may return an item to Winternational and mark it RETURNED ITEMS - NO DUTY DUE and then you may reclaim any duty you may have paid. 

Postage and packaging is subsidised by Winternational.co.uk in most instances.

We do not ship to hotels, PO Boxes, mail forwarding agencies or BFPO.

We cannot alter the delivery address once orders are despatched.

Please input your delivery address carefully - Winternational.co.uk cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect delivery address information.

 

RETURNS from UK and EU

1. Contact us to receive your returns number with 7 days of receiving the item. Then you have 7 further days to get the item back to us.

2. We'll send you a shipping label (not pre-paid).

3. Carefully pack the items you want to return in the original packaging (or suitable clean package) and seal tightly.

4. Attach the returns label we've emailed you and remove any old shipping labels (we cannot be held responsible for items going astray if this is not done) 

5. We'll arrange for DHL to collect the parcel.

6. Your refund (less your returns postage charge of £5) will be processed when the item/s are received back, once they have been checked over by Winternational staff.
