WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER NOW?
If you place an order now, payment is processed as usual and the items are set aside for you.
You will receive an order confirmation providing all the reassurance you need.
Your order will be packed and shipped.
UK deliveries are running as normal.
International deliveries are experiencing some delays owing to the pandemic.
Our courier is using commercial airlines as well as their own fleet to move parcels around the world but they, like many businesses, are operating with reduced staffing numbers and restrictions on their capacity.
Please bear with us as we work with our courier to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Public Health England advise that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus.
SAFE DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
DHL will deliver the parcel to you, stand well back to observe you receiving the parcel and confirm the name of the person picking up the parcel.
When we ship your order you will receive an email confirming this and giving you your tracking number.
DHL will contact you by text and/or email and offer you a range of delivery options including signature release and leave in a safe place.
If you provide your mobile at checkout, our courier DHL is offering signature release whereby parcels can be left on the authority of the receiver. Please note that DHL will only leave a parcel if instructed to via this service.
CAN I STILL USE A DHL SERVICE POINT FOR COLLECTIONS?
This is not an option at this time for most DHL service points, sorry.
ARE GARMENTS MANUFACTURED OVERSEAS SAFE FOR ME TO WEAR?
There is currently no evidence supporting transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods.
The WHO advises that there is a low possibility of an infected person contaminating commercial goods, and a low risk of catching the virus from a package that has been moved repeatedly and exposed to different conditions and temperatures as it is shipped.
For Winternational and you this is reinforced by the fact that all our stock was delivered to us from Europe from September to January 2020.
If you are really worried, please wash your hands after taking delivery of a parcel and again after unwrapping your order.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS DURING THIS TIME?
We are being very careful with returns at this time.
Any parcel received back from a customer is placed in a special location in our warehouse away from other items. The day after receipt the box is opened and the returned item/s removed. Items are carefully checked over by Winternational staff (as usual) and refunds processed as usual. The garment/s themselves are placed in a safe location for 4 days away from other clothes.
