HELMETS
To check for the correct helmet size, measure around the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows. Helmets adjust at the back using handy dial so you may be able to go up or down one size.

GLOVES/MITTENS
To check for correct glove or mitten size, measure around the knuckle area of your dominant hand. The tape measure should feel comfortable and not be tight, but not too loose. Remember you will be skiing and your hand will be curled around a ski pole most of the time.
